Business presentations
From the structure of the story to the final slide, we help you build business presentations and PowerPoint decks that hold up in the meeting room, in front of a client or a board. Consistent with your brand, clear even on the most technical topics.

A presentation is a working moment
A good share of business decisions goes through a presentation: an offer to a client, a project brought to the board, a round with investors, a stand at a trade fair, an internal training session. In those moments slides have a precise job: to hold the message together and get it across to the audience.
At Parklab we treat the deck as a tool, with the same care we put into the rest of your visual identity. We work on three levels, depending on where you need a hand: the structure of the argument, the content, the graphic form. Sometimes we step in on all three, sometimes only on the last.
Three ways we work alongside you
We create
We build the deck from scratch, from the first line of structure to the version ready to present. You bring the goal and the materials, we take care of the rest.
We lay out
We give graphic form to content and slides you already have, inside your visual system. Clear hierarchies, infographics, readable charts.
We adapt
We convert, update and rebrand existing PowerPoint presentations, even when they need to move onto a different template or brand.
Where we can step in
Structure and storyline
We think through the setup together: what to say, in what order, with what thread. Graphics come after the thinking.
Content
If needed, we write the copy ourselves, calibrated to the audience and the company tone of voice.
Layout and design
Layout, visual hierarchies, infographics and charts. Technical concepts made readable at a glance.
PowerPoint adaptation
Existing decks put back in order, converted between formats or realigned to your current brand.
Infographics and data
Numbers and processes turned into clear visuals, from a pipeline to a balance sheet. A technical table becomes a slide you read in a moment.
How we work
Goal and audience
We start from who is listening and what needs to happen next. A slide for the board works differently from one for a trade fair.
Structure and storyline
We line up the messages and build the thread of the story. This is the stage that makes the difference, and it comes before the graphics.
Content and visuals
We write, lay out and design the infographics. Here we also use AI tools within our processes, to explore structures and produce variants faster. The choices and the final control stay with us.
Layout and delivery
A clean final version and an editable file, PowerPoint or master template, that stays in-house and you update whenever you want.
Examples of business presentations
For confidentiality we do not publish clients’ real decks. These are illustrative examples, built by us on two fictitious companies, to show you the style and the types of slides we work on.

Two distinct visual systems, the same care in the setup. Your slides follow your brand.
When you need it
Sales and proposals
Commercial decks and proposals to bring to your clients.
Board and investors
Presentations for the board, partners, funding rounds and due diligence.
Trade fairs and events
Slides and visuals that work even from a distance, on a big screen.
Internal training
Clear materials for onboarding, processes and company knowledge.
Reports and results
Numbers and progress made clear for those who have to decide.
After a rebrand
Your entire slide library realigned to the new identity.
A slide does not live on its own: it speaks the same language as your logo, your materials and your website.
Presentations are part of your visual identity. We build them in continuity with the rest, same palette, same typography, same tone of voice. And if that needs work too, we are the same studio: coordinated graphics and copywriting live right next door.
Frequently asked questions
Can you start from an existing PowerPoint of ours?
Yes. We are glad to work on a deck you already have: we put it back in order, update it or bring it onto your current brand, without starting from scratch.
Do you deliver an editable file?
Yes. The standard delivery is an editable PowerPoint, or a master template if you want your team to produce slides on its own.
Do you also write the content?
We can. If you already have the copy we lay it out; if you prefer, we write it ourselves starting from the goals and materials you give us.
Can you help us set up the structure?
Yes, and it is often the most useful part. We think through the order of the messages and the thread of the story with you before moving to the graphics.
How do you use artificial intelligence?
As a tool within our process: it helps us explore structures and produce variants faster. The editorial and design choices, and the final control, stay with us.
Do you only work in PowerPoint?
PowerPoint is the most requested standard. On request we also export the deck to Google Slides and to PDF for sharing.
Do you also make infographics?
Yes. We turn data and processes into clear visuals, to place in the slides or use as standalone elements.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the length of the deck and the starting point. We define timing and scope together at the quotation stage, on the real material.
